0165(2)(c) - a long cord capable of forming a loop was observed on the side of the building accessible in the outdoor play area. Provider intends to remove. 0165(3)(d) - a large recycling bin was observed inside the outdoor play area, accessible to children, posing an entrapment hazard. Provider plans to remove during times when children are present in this space.
